During my stay, I was shocked to find hair all over the sheets upon arrival, which made me uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness seemed lacking, as there was dust and debris on the floor, indicating that proper vacuuming had not been done. Unfortunately, the breakfast options were extremely limited, which was disappointing since I hoped for a decent meal to start the day.

Just some coffee and a few pre-packaged items, nothing substantial. I also noticed the TV could use an upgrade to match the otherwise nice decor. While the room was clean, I expected better towel service. I had to request fresh towels after the third day. It’s clear the staff tries hard, especially the cheerful front desk, which made a positive impression on me.

Staying here was fantastic for our large family! The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my wife, our four teenagers, and me. The hotel's location was quite convenient, making it easy for us to visit Lost Island Waterpark, which was an absolute blast for the kids!
